Questions from Curious Travellers

What is The Library of Small Wonders?

It’s a storytelling toolkit inspired by myths, history, and timeless tales—designed to spark imagination in kids and adults alike. Our flagship product is a card deck filled with prompts, artifacts, and narrative twists drawn from real-world stories.

Who is it for?

Anyone who loves stories. Parents, teachers, homeschoolers, game night hosts, writers, dreamers, and kids (ages 7+) who want to create tales of their own. No experience required—just curiosity.

How does the storytelling deck work?

Each card belongs to a category—Characters, Settings, Objects, Events, or Lore. You can draw cards at random, create structured stories, or use them as creative prompts. There's no wrong way to play.

Is this historically accurate or just inspired by mythology?

The stories and prompts are inspired by real myths, legends, culture, and events from around the world. While we take creative liberties for accessibility and fun, everything is rooted in authentic lore—researched with care.

Is it a game? A lesson plan? A tool?

Yes. And also no. Think of it as a storytelling spark: something between a game, a learning tool, and an invitation to wonder. Use it however fits your world—at the dinner table, in the classroom, or curled up by a fire.

Do you sell physical decks?

Not yet—but they’re on the way! Right now, all our products are available as print-at-home downloads, so you can begin your storytelling adventures right away.

We’ve designed each card to be easy to print, cut, and treasure—whether on parchment-style paper or tucked into a travel pouch of your own.
